People & Organizational Systems Advisor

Organizational Work

I work with founders and senior leaders at moments when organizations are changing, and existing structures no longer fully support how work actually happens.

This is often not a moment for quick answers, but for clearer understanding, better alignment, and steadier next steps.

Situations Leaders Often Find Themselves In

You might notice that:

  • The organization is growing or shifting, yet decision-making feels heavier than before
  • Roles and responsibilities have changed, but expectations remain unclear
  • Existing people or HR systems no longer reflect how work actually happens
  • Something feels misaligned, but addressing it directly feels premature or risky
  • You want to move forward thoughtfully, without creating unnecessary disruption

These moments are more common than they appear — and they often signal that the system is ready for its next adjustment.

Who This Is For

This work is designed for:

  • Founders, Co-founders, CEOs, GMs
  • Leadership teams navigating growth, transition, or restructuring
  • Organizations that value clarity, sustainability, and long-term coherence
  • Teams who prefer thoughtful progress over reactive fixes

Organization size is not the deciding factor — readiness for reflection and alignment is.

Areas of Focus

My organizational work often focuses on:

  • Organizational structure & role clarity
  • People systems & HR architecture
  • Leadership alignment & decision-making processes
  • Learning, development & capability-building systems
  • Change navigation & transition support
  • Cross-functional collaboration & system coherence

Each engagement is shaped by context — there is no fixed template, only adaptable frameworks.

How I Work

I begin with listening.

Most engagements start with conversations — to understand context, constraints, and what truly matters beneath the surface.

From there, I work with leaders to map systems, identify leverage points, and design changes that are realistic and sustainable.

Progress is paced, iterative, and grounded in real organizational life.

Background & Perspective

My perspective is shaped by long-term work across consulting, entrepreneurship, and organizational leadership.

Since 2017, I have served as an expert advisor within global consulting networks such as GLG, VisasQ, and Enquire AI, initially in education and later expanding into learning and organizational development.

Alongside advisory work, I have founded and supported early-stage ventures, collaborated with startups and established organizations, and worked across industries including technology, education, travel, creative arts, and public sectors.

This cross-disciplinary experience informs a systems-oriented approach — one that respects context, complexity, and the lived reality of organizations.
